摘　　要：论文基于(Architecture of Integrated Information System,简称ARIS)ARIS强大的业务流程建模和分析功能,在企业业务流程模型中设计了一种可以分析、优化岗位说明的关联模型,建立企业规范化、标准化、精细化的岗位管理方法,拓展了业务流程体系和ARIS管理平台的应用实例,更好地发掘和利用流程模型资产库的价值,起到积极示范效果。Based on (Architecture of Integrated Information System, hereinafter referred to as ARIS) ARIS powerful functions of business process modeling and business analysis, in the enterprise business process model, we designed an association model that can analyze and optimize job descriptions, established a standardized and refined job management method for enterprises, and expanded the application examples of business process systems and ARIS management platforms, so as to better explore and use the value of the process model asset pool, and play a positive demonstration effect.
