摘 要:为解决大跨度悬索桥吊索在外部激励下的风致振动问题,以南沙大桥为背景,提出一种基于杠杆放大原理附加模态阻尼比的吊索外置摆式杠杆阻尼器。针对大桥80m以上典型风致振动的长、中、短吊索,理论分析阻尼器减振效果;以大沙水道桥92号吊索为对象,开展减振性能试验和防撞击模型试验;对大桥80m以上吊索布置摆式杠杆阻尼器。结果表明:长、中和短吊索前25阶振动理论阻尼对数衰减率δ>0.03;实测减振后的吊索振动加速度幅值降至减振前的1/40;防撞栏杆立柱发生较大变形对吊索和主梁结构安全影响很小;该摆式杠杆阻尼器减振效果明显,能够解决吊索的风致振动问题。In order to resolve the wind-induced vibrat ion of hanger cables of longspan suspension bridges under external excitations,the Nansha bridge was taken as the study background.A kind of pendulum lever dampers that can be externally installed to hanger cables is proposed,based on the principle of leverage amplification and the additional damping ratios. The vibration mitigation effect of the dampers on the typical wind-induced vibrations was theoretically analyzed for the long,medium-sized and short hanger cables with length bigger than 80 m.The No.92 hanger cable of Dasha Waterway Bridge was taken as the study background,on which the vibration mitigation performance tests and anti-collision model tests were conducted. For the hanger cables longer than 80 m,the pendulum lever dampers were installed.The results indicate that the theoretical damping logarithmic attenuation ratio δ of the vibrations in the first 25 orders of the long,mid-length and short cables are greater than 0.03.The measured vibration acceleration amplitude of the hanger cables after the vibration mitigation decreases to 1/40 the value before vibration mitigation.The large deformation of the upright columns of anti-collision rails has minimal influence on the safety of the hanger cables and the main girder.The pendulum lever dampers developed have remarkable vibration mitigation effect and are capable of resolving the problem of wind-induced vibration of hanger cables.
