药学本科实验教学中实验动物管理规范化的现状分析

摘　　要：动物实验在生物医药学教育和人才培养中举足轻重,近年来使用实验动物的实验教学项目增多,教学动物的使用数量上升明显。一般医药学院动物中心承担着教学动物的供应工作,现以四川大学为例,对教学动物的计划、供应和管理、与学院实验教学的衔接,教学动物卫生防疫工作规范化的实际情况,做初步的分析。在此基础上,针对目前教学动物管理以及药学本科学生实验动物相关知识和安全规范意识薄弱等问题,建议推动出台中国教学动物规范管理的统一性要求,并大力提倡3R原则在这一领域的实践,在药学本科生的课程体系里增加实验动物专业课程。Animal experiment is crucial for biomedical and pharmacy education,as well as talent training. With increasing of experiment teaching projects and number of involved students,the number of animals used in experimental courses has obviously increased. Based on the situation about laboratory animal resource in experimental course teaching of Sichuan University,we analyzed animal supplying plan according to the experimental courses schedule,animal quarantine and preventing biohazard caused by anthropozoonosis,quality control for animal resource,optimizing the course for enhancing animal’s service efficiency.We have realized that standardized management of laboratory animal resource in experimental courses teaching need consolidated nationwide regulation and vigorous promotion of 3 R’s principle in this field. To reinforce students’ awareness for bio-security,and normalized animal care and use,it is necessary to add the course of laboratory animal science into the course system for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy.
