摘  要:对65份叶色紫化茶树资源春稍芽叶特性和物候期进行调查,并对其花青素含量和感官色泽进行判断与检测。结果表明:65份种质均为灌木型,一芽一叶期在3月18日至4月8日,一芽二叶期晚于一芽一叶期2~8d,‘ZY-36’一芽二叶期比福鼎大白早5d;花青素含量变幅为2.19~15.56mg/g,‘ZY-1’花青素含量最高,为15.56mg/g;花青素含量与感官色泽判断有极显著负相关(r=-0.927,P<0.01)。The phenological phase,morphological characteristics,and anthocyanin content of spring shoots with one leaf and a bud of 65 purple tea resources were investigated. The results shows that 65 accessions of purple tea germplasms were shrub types,with phenological phase of shoots with one leaf and a bud ranging from 18 th ,March to 8 th ,April. The phenological phase of shoots with two leaves and a bud was 2~8d later than that of shoots with one leaf and a bud. The phenological phase of shoots with two leaves and a bud for cultivar ‘ZY-36’ was 5d earlier than ‘Fudingdabai’. The anthocyanin content of the purple tea plants was 2.19~15.56 mg/g,in which ‘ZY-1’ was the highest (15.56 mg/g). The visual color judgement showed significantly negatively correlated with anthocyanin content ( r=-0.927,P <0.01).
