摘  要:香茶为浙江省主导茶叶品牌之一。本文以浙江省农业农村厅的香茶相关数据为基础,用DEA模型构建效益规模判定模型,评价了当前21个县市香茶生产经营效率。在21个香茶生产县市中有5个处于规模报酬不变,12个处于规模报酬递增趋势,4个处于规模报酬递减趋势,浙江省香茶生产效率总体呈现递增趋势。浙江香茶生产效率整体良好,有一定提升空间,需要从技术管理和规模两方面共同提升产业高质量发展。Fragrant tea is one of the leading tea brands in Zhejiang Province. Based on the relevant data of fragrant tea in the agriculture and rural areas of Zhejiang Province,this paper constructs a benefit scale decision model with DEA,and evaluates the production and management efficiency of fragrant tea in 21 counties and cities of Zhejiang Province. Among the 21 fragrant tea production counties and cities,5 are in the same return of scale,12 are in the increasing trend of return of scale,and 4 are in the decreasing trend of return of scale. The production efficiency of fragrant tea in Zhejiang Province shows an increasing trend as a whole. Zhejiang fragrant tea production efficiency is good as a whole,there is a certain room for improvement,and so it is necessary to improve the high-quality development of the industry from two aspects of technical management and scale.
