摘 要:教学设计是教育教学的主要元素,教学设计能力是教师必备的核心能力和关键能力。“乡村教师教学设计能力检核模型”采用自上而下的文献资料编码方法和自下而上的行为事件访谈文本资料编码方法构建而成。之后,通过问卷调查的方法和德尔菲法进行了信效度检测。检核模型包括6个基本要素、16个能力要点。16个能力要点又解析成不合格、合格、良好、卓越4个层级。“乡村教师教学设计能力检核模型”可以作为评测工具,评测乡村教师的教学设计能力现状和所处水平层级,调查乡村教师的教学设计能力表现水平和培训需求,提升乡村教师的教学设计能力。Teaching design is the main element in the field of education, and the ability of teaching design is the essential core competence and key ability of teachers.“The checking model of rural teachers’ teaching design ability” is constructed by the top-down document data coding method and the bottom-up behavior event interview text coding method. Then, the reliability and validity of the checking model are tested by questionnaire survey and Delphi method. The checking model includes 6 basic elements and 16 capability points. The 16 capability points are divided into 4 levels: unqualified, qualified, good and excellent.“The checking model of rural teachers’ teaching design ability” can be used as an evaluation tool to evaluate the status quo and level of rural teachers’ teaching design ability, investigate the performance level of teaching design ability and training needs of rural teachers, and improve their teaching design ability.
