摘 要:贯彻落实立德树人根本任务面临的一个突出问题便是亲和力不够、针对性不强。解决这一问题应强化“围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生”的理论自觉,尊重学生主体地位,遵循学生道德发展规律。其中的关键在于从理论上廓清厘定道德的内容和边界,把握道德发展的连续性与不连续性的整体态势,将认知、情感和行为之间以及道德承诺、社会身份和行为实践之间的辩证统一和整体递进确立为道德发展的衡量标准。对高校立德树人来说,就是要在深刻理解道德发展的本质和规律基础上,探索更富精准性、复杂性和综合性的实践进路。One of the prominent problems in implementing the fundamental tasks of"Strengthening Moral Education"is the insufficiency of affinity and pertinence.In order to solve this problem,we should strengthen the theoretical consciousness of"Centering on students,Caring for students and Serving students",respect students’subjective status,and follow the law of students’moral development.The key point lies in theoretically clarifying and defining the content and boundary of morality,grasping the overall situation of moral development with its continuity and discontinuity,and establishing the measurement standard for moral development that contains dialectical unity and overall progression of cognition,emotion and behavior,moral commitment,social identity and behavioral practice.For implementing"Strengthening Moral Education"in colleges and universities,it is vital to explore a more precise,complex and comprehensive practical approach based on a deep understanding of the nature and the law of moral development.
