摘　　要：随着智慧医疗的发展,复合型医学人才成为社会的迫切需求。文章通过构建两种不同的博弈模型,来分析高等医学院校与医疗机构双方合作培养人才的稳定性因素,同时分析信息学与医学专业课程合理的设置方向。研究结果表明:从影响各主体的收益因素出发,创造利益最优化的促进条件,可以有效促使高等院校与医疗机构双方积极参与到人才培养事业上来,并能够保证合作的稳定性与可持续性。As smart healthcare develops,the society is in desperate need of versatile medical talents.The article constructs two different types of game models to analyze the stability factors,which influence the cooperation between medical colleges and medical institutions on talent training.In addition,it analyzes the reasonable orientation of informatics and medical course setting.The result shows that creating the promoting condition in order to maximize interests can effectively engage the medical colleges and medical institutions in talent training.It also guarantees the stability and sustainability of the cooperation considering the factors which influence the interests of different parties.
