摘 要:基因工程技术是现代生物技术的核心,在工农业等领域具有广泛应用价值。然而,作为高校生物类本科生的核心课程,“基因工程原理”课程存在专业性强、内容抽象、知识点多等特点。为了让该课程教学内容更容易被学生理解、记忆和应用,“基因工程原理”教学课程组近年来依托该课程特点,开展了一系列教学改革和探索,取得了良好的教学效果。本论文以“PCR技术原理及应用”为案例,详细介绍了课程组在利用多元互动教学模式开展“基因工程原理”课堂理论教学的过程,并在此基础上对多元互动教学模式的灵活运用提出了建议,同时对在教学过程中发现的不足及对应的可能解决方案也进行了讨论。Gene engineering technology is the core technology of modern bio-industries.It has been widely used in industrial and agricultural fields.However,as an important basic course of students studying life science,“Gene Engineering theory” possesses the characteristics of strong specialty,abstract content,and rapid technological development,and so on.In order to make the teaching content easier for students to understand,memorized,and applied by students,a series of teaching reforms and explorations have been carried out based on the characteristics of the course in recent years.Results showed that the diversified interactive teaching methods can effectively stimulate students' interest in studying the principles and applications of genetic engineering.Taking“principle and application of PCR technology”as an example,this paper introduces in detail how we use the methods in teaching.Furthermore,we put forward some suggestions on the flexible application of diversified interaction teaching methods.This paper also discusses the shortcomings found in the teaching process and the correspending possible solutions.
