摘　　要：伍尔夫(Woolf)是牛津大学创建的世界上第一个基于区块链技术的“无国界远程教育”平台。这个平台凭借区块链技术的智能合约,实现教学、资源、管理、质量保障、教师评测等关键环节的完全数字化自动记录和生成。伍尔夫有效解决了远程学习支持服务中行政管理的巨大花费和低效率问题,使教师直接为学生提供学习支持服务成为可能,对我国远程教育中学习支持服务新模式的构建有重要启示。Woolf is the world’s first“Borderless Distance Education”platform based on blockchain technology which is created by Oxford University. This platform relies on the intelligent contract of blockchain technology to achieve the complete digital automatic recording and generation of key links such as teaching,resources,management,quality assurance,and teacher evaluation. Woolf effectively solves problems of the huge cost and inefficiency of administrative management in distance learning support services,making it possible for teachers to provide learning support services to students directly. The practice of Woolf has supported a new model of learning support services in distance education of China.
