摘 要:目的开展翻转课堂护理英语教学实践,提高护理英语教学质量。方法以某医学院校2016级护理专业本科110名学生为研究对象,采用盲选法将学生编入对照组(n=55)和试验组(n=55),对照组采用传统教学方法授课,试验组采用翻转课堂教学模式开展护理英语教学。结果试验组护理英语期末口试和笔试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生的积极高学业情绪和积极低学业情绪评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生学习主动性总分及学习内容、学习方法和学习过程3个维度评价分值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂护理英语教学模式可提高教学效果,值得推广借鉴。Objective To carry out nursing English teaching practice using flipped classroom,and to improve the quality of nursing English teaching.Methods A total of 110 undergraduate nursing students of Grade 2016 in a medical university were randomly divided into a control group(n=55)and an experimental group(n=55).The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group adopted the flipped classroom teaching model for nursing English teaching.Results The final scores of oral and written nursing English of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the positive high academic mood and the positive low academic mood of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total score of learning initiative,the evaluation scores of the three dimensions of learning content,learning method and learning process in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom nursing English teaching model can improve the teaching effect and is worth promoting.
