摘　　要：通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对苏州市区医院护士的职业体能状况、易发生的职业病进行调查研究,明确制定了针对性的体育保健对策。旨在提升护士的职业体能,减低职业病的发生率,增加职业安全感与幸福感,为国民医疗服务水平与质量的提升提供一定的理论借鉴。This article through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method and mathematical statistics to investigate the occupational physical condition,and the highly occurred occupational diseases.It clarified the corresponding sport healthcare countermeasures.The aim is to improve nurses' professional fitness,increase job security and happiness,and provide certain theoretical references for the promotion the quality of national health service level.
