法学通论课程思政教育教学改革探究

摘　　要：对思政教育融入法学通论课程的必要性进行分析,通过探讨法学通论课程思政在教育教学中存在的问题,提出了教师要坚定法治信仰、找准课程与思想政治教育结合的切入点、将法学通论课堂教学与社会实践有效衔接、完善课程思政的教材内容、构建课程思政教育教学评价体系等对策,目的使大学生德法兼修,成为社会主义现代化建设需要的人才。By the analysis on the necessity for the thinking and politics education fixed with the General Jurisprudence course,and by the discussion on the existing problems in teaching the General Jurisprudence course thinking politics,it proposed that teachers should have firmly their rule of law faith,accurately find the point of penetration between the General Jurisprudence course and the thinking and politics teaching,combine the General Jurisprudence classroom teaching and the social practice effectively,perfect the content of the textbook of the General Jurisprudence course thinking and politics,construct its teaching assess system of the General Jurisprudence course thinking and politics,and some measures like that,in order to make the students learning the moralities and the laws together so they could become the socialist modernization elites needed.
