地方医学院校“三全育人”体系的具体实施路径研究——以右江民族医学院为例

摘　　要：地方医学院校根据“11134”工作思路,通过做好“三全育人”体系的保障机制,做好教书育人、管理育人、服务育人、学生自我育人、资助育人、网络育人、网络环境育人、就业指导和创新创业实践育人、校园文化育人等工作进行“三全育人”体系构建的实践。Under the guiding principles of "11134" concepts, local medical colleges and universities may well put the three-wide education work system into practice by providing reliable and related facilitating mechanism. The following measures are recommendable to construct localized three-wide education work system and educate students by virtue of widely involving resources in every aspect, including teaching, management, service, self education of students, sponsorship, the Internet, the Internet environment, vocational counsel, innovation and entrepreneurship practice and campus culture building.
