摘 要:目前,国内机器人自动化焊接工艺还未完全普及,传统焊接多为人工操作,焊接环境比较恶劣,且焊接效果常受制于工人经验、情绪以及身体状况等因素。与人工焊接相比,机器人自动化焊接有着无可比拟的优势。基于此,设计了一套完备的焊接机器人工作站控制系统硬、软件方案,以西门子S7-1500PLC作为控制器,运用顺序功能图分析焊接工序,采用TIA portal软件进行编程设计,规划了控制系统的通信架构,研究了焊接机器人、变位机及其夹具、机器人桁架、焊接电源系统、焊接排尘系统等设备的配套集成控制。基于S7-1500PLC的焊接机器人工作站,提高了焊接质量与生产效率,改善了工人的劳动条件。At present, the domestic robotic automatic welding process has not been fully popularized. The traditional welding is mostly manual operation, the welding environment is relatively bad, and the welding effect is often subject to factors such as worker experience, mood and physical condition. Compared to manual welding, robotic automated welding has unparalleled advantages. Based on this, a complete set of hardware and software solutions for the welding robot workstation control system is designed. The Siemens S7-1500PLC is used as the controller. The sequential function diagram is used to analyze the welding process. The TIA portal software is used for programming design, and the communication of the control system is planned. The architecture has studied the integrated control of welding robots, positioners and their fixtures, robot trusses, welding power systems, welding dust systems and other equipment. The welding robot workstation based on S7-1500PLC improves the welding quality and production efficiency and improves the working conditions of workers.
