摘　　要：企业文化是企业发展的灵魂。成功的企业不仅依靠规范化的管理制度,还要依靠积极向上的企业文化。价值观是企业文化的核心内容,决定企业文化的性质和方向。社会主义核心价值观是中国特色社会主义文化的价值表达,企业要强化教育引导、实践培养、制度保障,把社会主义核心价值观融入到企业文化中,为企业发展注入长盛不衰的动力。Enterprise culture is the soul of enterprise development.Successful enterprises not only rely on standardized management system,but also rely on a positive corporate culture.Values are the core content of corporate culture,which determines the nature and direction of corporate culture.Socialist core values are the value expression of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and the proper meaning of Chinese enterprise culture.Enterprises should strengthen education guidance,practice and cultivate system guarantee,integrate socialist core values into the corporate culture,and inject an enduring momentum into the development of enterprises.
