摘　　要：对实践教学资源进行整合,有利于推动实验教学改革,是创新型人才培养的重要途径。淮阴工学院依据可持续、优势互补和科学性原则,通过资源整合组建了综合、开放、共享的生命学科实验教学平台、理工实验教学平台、文管实验教学平台和虚拟仿真实验教学平台。实验教学平台的共享有利于培养创新型人才、教学模式改革和提高学校人才培养质量。The integration of practical teaching resources is conducive to promoting the reform of experimental teaching and is an important way to cultivate innovative talents.The Huai'an Institute of Technology is based on the principles of sustainability,complementarity and science Through the integration of resources,a comprehensive,open and shared life science experiment teaching platform,science and engineering experiment teaching platform,text management experiment teaching platform and virtual simulation experiment teaching platform were established.The sharing of experimental teaching platform is beneficial to the cultivation of innovative talents,the reform of teaching mode and the improvement of the quality of talents cultivation.
