摘 要:采用荧光光谱法研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)与氟氰戊菊酯的超分子相互作用。氟氰戊菊酯在λex=251 nm,λem=306 nm处发射荧光,经β-CD包合增敏后,荧光强度增强。探讨了pH值和β-CD浓度对于氟氰戊菊酯荧光强度的影响。研究发现,在pH=5.02时β-CD对氟氰戊菊酯增敏效果最好,β-CD和氟氰戊菊酯形成1∶1的超分子体系,根据经典双倒数法计算其包合常数K=148 L/mol。据此建立了测定氟氰戊菊酯的荧光新方法。方法的线性范围为1~30 ng/mL,相关系数为0.9975,检出限为0.25 ng/mL,相对标准偏差为1.3%。该方法快速、灵敏度高、稳定性好,已成功应用于水果样品中氟氰戊菊酯的测定。The supramolecular interaction between β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and flucythrinate was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy in this paper. Fluorescence emitted at λex=251 nm and λem=306 nm, and the fluorescence intensity was enhanced through β-CD inclusion sensitization. The effects of pH and β-CD concentration on the fluorescence intensity of flucythrinate were discussed. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of flucythrinate was greatly enhanced by β-CD at pH=5.02.β-CD and flucythrinate formed a 1∶1 supramolecular system, and the inclusion constant was calculated as K=148 L/mol by the classical double reciprocal method. A new fluorescence method for determination of flucythrinate was then established. The method had a linear range of 1-30 ng/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.9975, the detection limit was 0.25 ng/mL, and the relative standard deviation was 1.3%. This method provides a theoretical basis for the fluorescence enhancement effect of β-CD as a supramolecular host compound for the guest molecule. Moreover, this method has good stability, which was successfully applied to the determination of flucythrinate in fruits.
