摘　　要：习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上对办好思想政治理论课作出了重要指示,并在全国高校思想政治工作会议提出思想政治教育要"满足学生成长发展需求和期待"。本文围绕什么是"满足学生成长发展需求和期待"、怎样"满足学生成长发展需求和期待"等问题展开深入的分析探讨,力求从高校思想政治理论课的视角深刻领会其内涵要义,并在高校思想政治教育工作中准确理解其外延深意,真正把握其实质和新形势下对高校思想政治教育工作的实践要求。Chinese President Xi Jinping made important instructions on the Ideological and Political Theory Course at the forum of teachers,and required ideological and political education in the National University Ideological and Political Work Conference to "meet the needs and expectations of students' growth and development".In order to understand the connotation of ideological and political theory in the context of Ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and discussion on what it is "to meet the needs and expectations of students' growth and development" and how to achieve it,and accurately understand the denotation of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and truly grasp the essence of the new situation and the practical requirements of Ideological and political education.
