摘 要:目的 探讨微课教学方法在临床医学专业留学生妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年12月,于华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院妇产科病房临床见习的90位临床医学专业留学生为研究对象。根据对其临床见习时,所采用教学方法,将其分为研究组(n=40,采用传统教学方法+微课教学方法)和对照组(n=50,仅采用传统教学方法)。对2组留学生于妇产科病房临床见习前与见习后的临床操作技能进行评分,临床见习前与见习后的临床操作技能成绩组间比较,采用成组t检验。2组留学生对妇产科学临床操作技能教学方法及其效果满意度比较,采用χ2检验。2组留学生性别构成比及年龄、临床见习前临床操作技能成绩分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果 ①研究组留学生临床见习后的临床操作技能成绩为(82.5±3.3)分,显高于对照组的(75.0±3.2)分,并且差异有统计学意义(t=10.903,P<0.001)。②研究组留学生对妇产科学临床操作技能教学方法及其效果满意度分别为87.5%(35/40)与97.5%(39/40),显著高于对照组的70.0%(35/50)与74.0%(37/50),并且差异均有统计学意义(χ2=3.937、P=0.047,χ2=9.342、P=0.002)。结论 微课教学方法可作为临床医学专业留学生妇产科学教学的有效教学方法,可有效提高其临床操作技能。由于本研究纳入样本量较少且为单中心研究,微课教学方法在临床医学专业留学生妇产科学临床教学的应用效果,尚待多中心、大样本、随机对照试验进一步研究、证实。Objective To study the application effects of Wechat teaching method in teaching of obstetrics and gynecology for foreign students majoring in clinical medicine. Methods A total of 90 foreign students who were internships in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huangzhong University of Science & Technology from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled as research subjects. According to different teaching methods of internship, they were divided into study group ( n =40, adopting regular teaching method combined with Wechat teaching method), and control group ( n =50, just adopting regular teaching method). The performance of clinical practice of two groups before and after internship was evaluated. The comparisons between two groups of clinical skills scores before and after internship were performed by independent-samples t test. The satisfaction rates of teaching method and effect of clinical skills teaching in obstetrics and gynecology were compared by chi-square test. There were no statistical differences between two groups in gender constituent ratio, age, and clinical skills score before internship ( P >0.05). Results ①The clinical skills score after internship of study group was (82.5±3.3) scores, which was significantly higher than that in control group (75.0±3.2) scores, and the difference was statistically different ( t =10.903, P <0.001).②The satisfaction rates of teaching method and teaching effect of clinical skills teaching in obstetrics and gynecology of study group were 87.5%(35/40) and 97.5%(39/40), respectively, which both were significantly higher than those of control group 70.0%(35/50) and 74.0%(37/50), and both the differences were statistically significant (χ 2 =3.937, P =0.047;χ 2 =9.342, P =0.002).
