摘　　要：东晋道教学者葛洪精晓医药学,在其言传身教中亦可看出其对医学教育的认识,主要表现为儒家纲常名教与道教戒律相结合的慈心救世思想;注重实践创新的思想;寻求明师与个人修行相结合的求学思想;择生慎传,因材施教的思想等等。这些教育思想是葛洪在自身修道授徒中的体悟,对后世产生了一定影响。Ge Hong was a Taoist educator in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and also proficient in traditional Chinese medicine. His understanding of medical education can be seen via his teach by precept and example as well. His thought is mainly manifested in the philosophy of mercy and salvation combined with Confucian moral obligations and preachings and Taoist precepts;the idea of focusing on practice and innovation;the idea of seeking a way of study consists of wise teachers and individual practice;the idea of carefully selecting students and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and so on. These educational thoughts are Ge Hong's experience in his own practice and teaching,and have a certain impact on later generations.
