摘 要:发酵型蜂蜜桑果酒产业经济发展进入新的时期,基于经济理论发展评判模型,从宏观和微观两个角度,对当前发酵型蜂蜜桑果酒产业经济发展模式进行理论分析。结合当前国内经济发展组织CECD提出的产业效率概念,探讨蜂蜜桑果酒产业经济衍生社会服务量、生态负荷和产业效率之间的比例关系,以此为核心并利用倍数增长形式表述果酒产业资源负荷和环境负荷之间的影响性。根据评价数据,从宏观和微观角度对当前果酒产业经济发展模式进行分析。宏观角度包括建立桑果酒产业循环经济企业、循环经济生态园、发展企业经济区以及社会层面的社会经济区等,微观角度包括多产业链经济市场和投资驱动,共同构建当前发酵型桑果酒产业经济发展模式。The economic development of fermented honey-mulberry wine industry has entered a new period. Based on the evaluation model of economic development theory, the economic development mode of honey-mulberry wine industry had been theoretically analyzed from macro and micro perspectives. Based on the concept of industrial efficiency put forward by CECD, a reasonable discussion was made on the proportional relationship among economic-derived social service quantity, ecological load and industrial efficiency in the honey-mulberry wine industry, then it was used as the core to express the relationship between resource load and environmental load in fruit wine industry by using the form of multiple growth. According to the evaluation data, the current economic development mode of fruit wine industry was analyzed from macro and micro perspectives. Macroscopically, it included the establishment of circular economy enterprises, circular economy ecological park, development of enterprise economic zone and social economic zone, etc. From microcosmic perspective, it included multi-industrial chain economic market and investment drive to jointly build the mulberry wine industry economic development mode.
