摘 要:"化工原理"是化学工程类各专业的一门专业基础课,它为过程工业(包括轻工、医药、食品、环境等)提供科学基础,在培养化工技术人材方面占有重要的地位。但模型抽象,经验公式多,不易引起学生学习兴趣,如果按传统的方式授课,教学效果较差。因此在"化工原理"教学中,通过引入生活实例、社会现象、提炼科学的方法论等方式,来提高课堂的趣味性,同时达到思政教育的目的。Principles of chemical engineering is a specialized basic course of chemical engineering majors. It provides scientific basis for process industry (including light industry, medicine, food, environment, etc.) and plays an important role in cultivating chemical technical talents. However, the model is abstract and there are many empirical formulas, which are not easy to arouse students' interest in learning. Therefore, in the teaching of principles of chemical engineering, introducing life examples, social phenomena, scientific methodology and other ways, to improve the interest of classroom, and achieve the purpose of ideological and political education.
