高等教育立德树人的内涵实质与实现路径

摘　　要：2016年,习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议中明确强调,立德树人是高校的立德之本,这就要求高校必须把握立德树人的核心内涵,围绕立德树人的根本任务,牢牢把握高等教育的现代化发展方向。文章立足于高等教育的现实背景,指出立德树人作为高等教育的本质属性、凸显高等教育鲜明特征、承担高等教育重大使命的内涵实质,在此基础上从价值观念、育人体系、知识能力结构的优化三大层次,探寻高等教育立德树人的实现路径。In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly emphasized in the National College Ideological and Political Work Conference that Lide Shuren is the foundation of colleges and universities.This requires that universities must grasp the core connotation of Lide Shuren and revolve around the roots of Lide’s people.Mission,firmly grasp the modern development direction of higher education.Based on the realistic background of higher education,this paper points out that Lide Shuren,as the essential attribute of higher education,highlights the distinctive characteristics of higher education and undertakes the connotation essence of the major mission of higher education,on the basis of value concept,education system and knowledge ability The three levels of structural optimization are used to explore the realization path of higher education.
