摘 要:飞机结冰是动态冻结的过程,在微观上会形成类似多孔介质的孔隙结构,该微观结构直接影响结冰的物理特性,同时又因结冰条件的不同而呈现一定差异化。针对温度对飞机结冰微观特性定量影响这一难点问题,首先结合图像分割方法,提出结冰微观信息提取方法;其次,结合结冰微观形态的定量结果提出合理假设,建立结冰微观结构的三维数学模型,并提出计算密度的概念,以此作为衡量结冰内部孔隙分布特性的定量指标;最后,以风洞试验显微图像为对象,验证孔隙提取方法和微观结构数学模型的适用性与合理性,并开展了温度对孔隙分布和计算密度的定量影响研究,微观定量结果与宏观特性具有较高的一致性。本研究可以为结冰微观定量研究提供方法手段,为结冰物理现象及物理特性的深入认识提供定量依据。Aircraft icing is formed dynamically and appears with porous structure in microcosmic view. This structure directly influences the physical properties of ice,and varies with different icing conditions. In order to know this influence law better,the paper focuses on the difficult about question how micro features changed quantitatively at different temperatures. At the beginning,an information extraction approach is presented based on the image segmentation method. Secondly,some assumptions are given following the quantitative results of ice in microcosmic view,and then the 3D mathematical model is built based on them. In order to measure distribution characteristics of air pores in the model quantitatively,a computational density is proposed. Finally,take micro-images of ice formed in icing wind tunnel as objects,the feasibility and rationality of the proposed information extraction method and mathematical model are demonstrated. Pores distribution and computational density of ice at different temperatures are also discussed,and the results show highly consistent with the macroscopic viewpoints. Through this paper,it provides quantitative basis for deep understanding of physical phenomenon and properties,and a new way to ice study in microscopic view can be given.
