摘　　要：针对在企业人力资源管理中具有重要作用的人才招聘工作,论文提出了现阶段存在的主要问题和相关解决对策,以期提高企业人才招聘的效果。In view of the talent recruitment work that plays an important role in enterprise human resources management,the paper puts forward the main problems and related solutions at the current stage,so as to improve the effect of talent recruitment.
