摘 要:研究在分析工程素质内涵基础上,探讨了工科院校中学生工程素质的培养方法。结合机械制造基础教学特点,从制造过程录像、三维动态仿真、网络资源利用等角度,分析了数字化教学应用于机械制造基础课程对学生工程素质培养的影响,探讨了机械制造基础数字化教学对学生提升工程知识掌握能力、工程意识和工程实践能力的作用。Based on the analysis of the connotation of engineering quality, this paper probes into the cultivating methods of students’ engineering quality in engineering universities. Having analyzed the contents and characteristics of the course named mechanical manufacture foundation, the influence of digital teaching method on the teaching effect of mechanical manufacture foundation course is discussed. Video recordings of manufacturing processes, 3D simulation of machining methods, and network resources are researched as the typical digital methods. The relationship between the application of digital teaching methods to the course of mechanical manufacture foundation and the cultivation of students’ engineering quality is analyzed. The promotion of digital teaching of machinery manufacturing foundation to the ability of mastering engineering knowledge, students’ engineering awareness and engineering practice ability are discussed.
