摘　　要：本文报道用简便的N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺活化酯方法,从游离氨基酸制备八个免疫佐剂胞壁酰二肽类似物和衍生物。Muramyl dipeptide(MDP) is a strong immunoadjuvant from mycohacterial cell wall, 8 of MDP analogs and derivatives were synthesized from D glutamie acid and L-valine with the conventional N bydroxysuccinimide active ester procedure, most of them having immunostimulating activities.
