摘　　要：只有紧跟时代步伐 ,牢牢把握青年大学生的思想脉搏 ,不断创新我们教育培养工作的方法、措施 ,有的放矢 ,力求实效 ,才能促进大学生入党积极分子的健康成长 ,为高校学生党员发展工作提供源头活水。Only by following the step of the times,throbbing with the youthful college students’ideological pulse,constantly bringing forth new ideas in our educating and training ways,and shooting the arrow at the target and doing our work effectively,can we make the activists joining the Party grow up healthily so as to provide more probationary Party members.
