摘　　要：简要介绍了 GaAs 大光腔、大功率激光器的制作、性能参数,讨论了其制作关键。This paper briefly introduces the fabrication and parameters of an LOC GaAs laser with high output power performance.Further discussions are presented regarding the key factors of the fabrication.
