摘　　要：论述了木瓜的主要生物学特征、资源分布、保健药效、化学组成及其加工特性 ,并在此基础上 。The author discussed the main biological characteristics of Chaenomeles lagenaria (Loisel.) Koidz and its distribution, function for health use,ingredient,and processing property.On the basis of this,the author put forward some ways to produce the Chaenomeles lagenaria (Loisel.) Koidz food for health use in China.
