汽包锅炉给水的组合自适应控制器的设计

摘  要:针对汽包锅炉给水过程的特点 ,设计了一种组合自适应控制器。它包括几个自适应控制器且并联工作 ,稳定信号由这几个控制器加权获得。理论分析和仿真结果都表明该方案对解决给水内扰特性的大延迟及蒸汽流量和热负荷扰动时的“虚假水位”有显著效果 。ln accordance with the features of feedwater control of drum boiler a combined self adaptive controller is designed. The controller includes several self adaptive controllers operating in parallel. The stable signal is obtained by weighting of these controllers. Theoretical analysis and result of simulation show that this strategy offers great effectiveness to overcome large dead time from the characteristic of inner disturbance of feedwater and `false water level' caused by the disturbance of steam flow and heat load. The controller also gives fast adaptation and high robustness.
