摘　　要：信息化的浪潮正以巨大的历史力量改变着人类社会的生活方式 ,随着知识经济的初显峥嵘 ,对一个组织或企业而言 ,知识已成为首要的资源 ,知识生产力已成为竞争和经济发展的关键。为了更有效地利用好知识资源 ,知识管理必将成为企业管理者最为关注的话题。知识管理就是对业务流程中无序的知识进行系统化管理 ,实现知识共享和再利用 ,以提高业务水平和效率。The information tide is changing the living ways of the human beings by its huge historic power. With the developing of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most important resource to an organization or company. And knowledge productivity has been the focus of competition and economic development. For making use of knowledge resource more effectively, knowledge management will be sure to become the important topic of the enterprise managers. The knowledge management is systematic management for disorder knowledge in the process of business so as to realize knowledge share and reuse and heighten business level and efficiency.
