低蛋白鸡饲料添加氨基酸的研究

摘　　要：以 NRC推荐的赖 Aa为基础 ,以各氨基酸对应的密码子比率来研究低蛋白饲料中的氨基酸生物配比。结果表明 ,低蛋白日粮中添加氨基酸能显著改善雏鸡的生长性能。密码子的使用频率可以作为指导饲料氨基酸生物配比的参考依据。Directed by the usage rate of tricodons on the massenger RNA nucleotide sequence,the biological formula of amino acids of low protein diet in chicken were designed based upon lysine level which recommended yb NRC.The results showed that basal diet supplement with amino acids significantly increased body weitht gains.The tricodon use rate can direct the biological formula of amino acids of low protein diet in chicken.
