摘　　要：自动组装的减振器质量明显优于手工组装的产品。要想实现自动组装,必须首先研制自动注油设备。采用PLC控制器进行控制、用电磁铁进行定位的自动注油机是机、电一体化的典型产品。该设备可同时向9个减振器外壳自动注油,因此大大提高了生产效率,同时也提高了装配质量。Since the quality of shock absorber assembled automatically is superior to the one manually assembled,automatic oil ejector must be developed.This paper introduces an automatic oil ejector which uses PLC controller to control,electromagnet to locate and automatically lubricates oil to nine pieces of shock absorber housings at the same time.In result,productive rate and the assembly quality are improved.
