摘 要:应用最优算法得出了车辆半主动悬挂统计意义上的阻尼最优控制律,并提出了根据车体响应加速度范围进行三级阻尼最优控制的策略:这三级阻尼分别满足车辆的最优行驶平顺性、最优综合行驶性能和最优操纵稳定性。设计并研制了一套单轮车辆半主动悬挂阻尼的三级最优控制系统。两自由度模型试验结果表明该控制系统对模型的振动加速度响应及悬挂动行程响应有一定改善,能提高车辆的综合行驶性能。该控制系统简单、可靠,可推广到四轮车辆悬挂上。A law governing the statistically optimal damping control of vehicle suspen -sions is derived applying methods of optimization, and a three - level optimal damping control strategy is proposed in accordance with the range of the vehicle body' s acceleration vibration response: These three optimal dampings will in their turn satisfy the vehicle' s optimal comfort performance, optimal overall travelling performance and optimal stability respectively. An optimal damping control system is designed and completed. The results of a two -DOF model experiment indicate that the vehicle suspension model' s acceleration response and relative working space can be improved through the application of such control systems, and the vehicle' s overall travelling performance is also improved. The control system is simple , reliable and may be extended for use in four -wheels vehicle' s suspensions.
