摘　　要：从分析大学生的评教能力入手 ,论述了进行学生评教的可行性 ,并提出科学合理的设计评价指标 ,并使其得到师生双方的认可。同时强调要有效地组织评价 ,使学生评教工作真正发挥导向作用 ,以利于教师有针对性地改进教学 。This essay is mainly concerned with the feasibility of evaluation on teachers' teaching quality by students.It also put forward the scientific and reasonable design evalation standard so that both teachers and students will accept it.On the other hand,the article emphasizes on effective organizing te evaluation which will reveal it a guidance to the assess to teachers' teaching quality in order to find specific solutions to improve the teaching quality.
