染色体异常胎儿的产前诊断(附1038例分析)

摘　　要：本文报告10年来进行产前诊断1038例,其中孕中期羊水细胞培养724例,成功670例,发现异常胎儿19例,异常率为2.8%。绒毛直接法进行孕早期产前诊断314例,成功298例,发现异常胎儿19例(除外3例假嵌合体),异常率为6.4%。适应证中,夫妇双方之一为染色体异常者组检出异常胎儿最多,占2/3。From 1981 to 1989, the amniotic-fluid cell culture method was used in 724 cases, 670 (92.5%) cases were successfully diagnosed, and chromosomal abnormalities were detected in 19 (2.8%) cases. From 1985 to 1990, the method of direct chromosome analysis from chorionic villi was used in 314 cases for early prenatal diagnosis, 298 (94.9%) were successful diagnosis, 22 (7.4%) cases of chromosomal abnormality were found. The fetuses with abnormal chromosome among the group of one parent who had abnormal chromosome was the highest about 2/3.
