社会主义市场经济条件下道德新观念的生成机制

摘　　要：就近年来学术界有关社会伦理道德爬坡论、滑坡论等观点进行了辨析 ,并探讨社会主义市场经济条件下伦理道德的发展现状。社会主义市场经济的发展为道德新观念的生成规定了思想内涵 ,注入了新的时代内容 ,提供了物质基础和法制保障 ,而要使道德新观念真正生成 ,又必须强化奖惩机制 ,优化社会氛围 。This paper makes an analysis of the views of the rising and degrading social morality currently debated in the academic circles and explores the developmental status of social morality under the context of socialist market economy. The author believes that the development of socialist market economy sets the ideological tone for and gives new meaning to the formation of new concepts of morality while economic and legal foundations are being laid. The true forming of new morality must be accompanied by the strengthening of a incentive-and punitive mechanism while social environment undergoes a bettering process and supervising mechanism is put in place.
