黄伞和杨树菇发酵液对鱼类病原菌的抑菌活性分析

摘　　要：水生动物的细菌性病害防治急需要新型抗菌物质,而大型真菌,如黄伞和杨树菇的液态发酵液具有较好的抑菌活性.本研究采用管碟法,以嗜水气单胞菌、鳗弧菌、溶藻弧菌、迟缓爱德华氏菌等四种常见水生病原菌为指示菌株,测定了黄伞与杨树菇发酵液及其加热处理后的发酵液的抑菌活性.结果表明,黄伞与杨树菇发酵液对四种病原菌均具有较强的抑菌活性,且这种抑菌活性具有较好的热稳定性;这两种真菌发酵液等量混合后对鳗弧菌和溶藻弧菌抑菌活性较单一发酵液明显增强.真菌发酵液对水产病原菌的抑菌作用,应结合具体病原菌,有针对性地应用,做到科学精准地使用.本研究结果将为水生动物的细菌性病害防治提供新的途径和方法.New antibacterial substances are urgently needed for the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases in aquatic animals, and the liquid fermentation broth of large fungi ,such as Pholiota adipose and Agrocybe cylindracea, has better antibacterial activity. In this study which was used the tube-plate method, four common aquatic pathogens, including Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio alginolyticus and Edwardsiella tarda , were used as the indicator strains to determine the antibacterial activity of the fermentation broth of Pholiota adipose and Agrocybe cylindracea and the heated fermentation broth. The results showed that the fermentation broth of Pholiota adipose and Agrocybe cylindracea had strong antibacterial activity against the four pathogens , and the antibacterial activity was little affected by temperature. The antibacterial activity of the two fungal fermentation broth was significantly enhanced compared with that of the single fermentation broth. The antibacterial effect of fungal fermentation broth on aquatic pathogens should be combined with specific pathogens for targeted application to achieve scientific and accurate use. The results of this study will provide new approaches and methods for the prevention and control of bacterial diseases in aquatic animals.
