高校教学评估与档案管理的辩证关系

摘　　要：阐述了高等学校档案管理工作在本科教学评估工作中发挥的重要作用,通过教学评估加强了档案工作意识,以此为契机强化档案管理人员队伍建设,促进档案管理工作的现代化建设,全面提高了档案管理工作的水平。Expounds the important role of archives management in teaching evaluation in colleges and universities. The consciousness of archives work will be improved through teaching evaluation,and at the same time,the evaluation is an opportunity of strengthening the construction of archives management personnel,promoting the modernization of archives management and improving comprehensively the level of archives management.
