摘 要:目的对以诊治指南为基础的病例教学在内分泌科临床实习的应用进行分析和探索。方法选取2015年来自长春中医药大学附属医院内分泌科临床实习的120名学生,专业以中医专业、中西医结合专业为主,并对所有学生的年龄、性别比例、入学成绩进行统计分析,其差异无统计学意义,随机分为2组,A组采用以诊治指南为基础的病例教学作为试验组,B组采用常规的临床见习模式作为对照组,教学过程中学生的教学大纲、培养方案与目标均一致,并由同一位老师讲授基础理论课和负责指导临床见习。结果A组试验组与B组对照组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。A组试验组的内分泌系统的理论知识、病历书写成绩及临床病例考核成绩明显高于B组对照组(P<0.05)。结论以诊治指南为基础的病例教学应用在内分泌的临床实习中,可以提高学生对临床病例分析和理论知识理解的能力,可以增强学生对疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断的准确性,学生的问卷调查显示优异。Objective To analyze and explore the application of clinical practice in endocrinology based on the diagnosis and treatment guidelines. Methods 120 students from the clinical practice of endocrinology in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine in 2015 were mainly engaged in Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Statistical analysis was performed on the age, sex ratio, and enrollment scoteaching based on diagnosis and treatment guidelines can improve students' ability to understand clinical case analysis and theoretical knowledge in clinical practice of endocrine, which can enhance students' accuracy in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the A group and the B group (P<0.05). The theoretical knowledge, medical record and clinical case evaluation of the endocrine system of group A were significantly higher than those of group B (P<0.05). Conclusion Case teaching based on diagnosis and treatment guidelines can improve students' ability to understand clinical case analysis and theoretical knowledge in clinical practice of endocrine, which can enhance students' accuracy in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Student questionnaire display is excellent.
