医学检验技术实习教学的实践与探索

摘　　要：实习教学是医学检验技术教学过程中的重要环节和有机组成部分。为激发学生主动学习的兴趣,增强学生理论联系实际、解决工作中问题的能力,我科从岗前培训、教学内容、教学方法方面实践和探索,注重职业素养培养、生物安全培训、分级教学、实践金字塔理论,并将医学实验室质量与能力认可准则(ISO 15189)融入实习教学,以适应新形势下医学检验技术人才的培养。Practice teaching is an important link and an organic part in the teaching process of medical examination technology. In order to stimulate students' interest in active learning, enhance students' ability to connect theory with practice and solve problems in work, our department practices and explores pre-job training, teaching content, teaching methods, stressing the cultivation of professional quality, biological safety training, practical pyramid theory, and integrates accreditation criteria for the quality and competence of medical laboratories (ISO15189) into practice teaching, to adapt to the training of medical examination technical talents under the new situation.
