摘 要:针对模具行业加工小型模具的特点,为了解决短时加工、品种更换频繁零件加工时,辅助工序占用时间过长的问题,对宝元系统数控雕铣机进行改造。在上下料、开门、关门、装夹、选择加工程序、启停等用时较多的简单辅助工序方面,使用“机器换人”。在对控制系统进行分析与研究的基础上,提出一种数控雕铣机的自动化改造方案,使之能够满足柔性自动化生产需要。该方案已经在学院的智能制造工程训练中心的柔性生产线上改造成功,运行可靠。对同类机床的“机器换人”研究提供了借鉴经验。Based on characteristics of small processing of mould industry, in order to solve problems of short-term processing, frequent changing parts processing, and time-consumingauxiliary processes, the research is to transform the system of CNC con system of engraving and milling machine by replacing manual labor with machine in time-consumingauxiliary processes, such as loading and unloading, opening and closing, clamping, and choosing processing program.On the basis of research and analysis of control system, the research proposes an automatic modification scheme of CNC engraving and milling machine, which can meet needs of flexible automatic production. The program has been successfully upgraded in the flexible production line of the Intelligent Manufacturing andEngineering Training Center of the college. Therefore, the results of the research providemachine-replacing-manual-labor experiences for similar machine tools.
