摘 要:目的探究岗前一对一培训对血透室新护士的实施效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月新入职的10名护士,分为实验组5名,对照组5名,对照组采取传统培训方式,实验组采取一对一岗前规范化培训方式,由专业的带教老师进行一对一的规范化岗前培训,通过教授、学习、实时操作以及考核的方式进行理论系统知识的教学并检验新护士的专业技巧掌握情况。结果经过规范化培训后,护士的理论知识、操作技巧以及综合测评成绩均达到预期效果,具备上岗的要求。结论针对新护士采用一对一的岗前规范化培训,可以快速提高新护士的专业能力,不仅保证其专业知识的系统化,而且确保专业操作技能的规范化,使新护士能够快速适应医院护理工作。Objective To explore the effect of one-on-one training before the job on the new nurses in the hemodialysis room. Methods A total of 10 nurses who were newly recruited from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided intoexperimental group and control group, 5 cases in each group. The control group adopted traditional training methods, and the experimental group adopted the method of one-on-one standardized training before job. One-on-one standardized pre-job training is provided by professional teachers.Theoretical system knowledge was taught through teaching, learning, real-time operation and assessment, and testing the professional skills of new nurses. Results After standardized training, the theoretical knowledge, operational skills and comprehensive evaluation results of achieved the expected results, and they meet the requirementsof the job. Conclusion One-on-one pre-job standardized training for new nurses can quickly improve the professional ability of new nurses. It not only ensures the systematicization of its professional knowledge, but also ensures the standardization of professional operational skills, so that new nurses can quickly adapt to hospital care work.
