摘 要:互惠偏好行为对团队成员之间隐性知识转移的影响是推动团队良性发展的关键.基于委托代理理论,考虑互惠性偏好,构建了双代理人情境的高校科研创新团队内部隐性知识转移激励模型.通过数值模拟,研究不同互惠偏好下隐性知识互补性对隐性知识转移努力水平的影响、激励对隐性知识转移努力水平的影响及激励对高校科研创新团队期望效用的影响.研究发现:与非互惠性偏好情境相比,互惠偏好下高校科研创新团队内部成员隐性知识互补性与隐性知识转移努力水平正相关程度更高;互惠偏好可以明显提升高校科研创新团队内部成员之间的隐性知识转移努力水平;不同互惠偏好程度下,激励行为直接影响高校科研创新团队的内部期望收益,但在相同的互惠偏好程度下,激励行为不一定能提高高校科研创新团队内部的期望收益.结合研究结论,文中提出了互惠性偏好下促进高校科研创新团队隐性知识转移的激励政策,为提升高校科研创新团队内部隐性知识转移效率提供支持.The effect of reciprocal preference behavior on the transfer of tacit knowledge among team members is the key to promote the healthy development of the team. Based on the principal-agent theory, considering the reciprocal preference, the incentive model of the tacit knowledge transfer in colleges and universities′ scientific research innovation teams based on the double agent situation is constructed. Through the numerical simulation, under different reciprocal preferences, the influence of tacit knowledge complementarity on the level of tacit knowledge transfer efforts, the effect of incentive on the level of tacit knowledge transfer effort and the influence of incentive on the expected utility of scientific research innovation team in Colleges and Universities are investigated. It is found that, compared with the non-reciprocal preference context, under the situation of reciprocal preferences, the degree of positive correlation between the complementarity of university research innovation team internal members tacit knowledge and the level of efforts on implicit knowledge transfer is higher;reciprocal preference can significantly increase the level of tacit knowledge transfer efforts among internal members of the university′s scientific research innovation team;under different degree of reciprocal preferences, incentive behavior directly affects the internal expected benefits of scientific research innovation team of the university, but under the same level of reciprocal preference, incentive behavior may not necessarily improve the internal expected benefits of scientific research innovation team of the university. Based on the research above, this paper proposes some incentive policies to promote the transfer of tacit knowledge of university research innovation teams under reciprocal preferences, and provide support for improving the efficiency of internal tacit knowledge transfer of university research innovation teams.
