摘　　要：我国食品安全事件频发,食品安全现况仍较为严峻,需不断加强监管力度和完善食品安全事件的监测水平从而提升食品产品质量,保证国民舌尖上的安全。党的十八大提出实施创新驱动发展战略以来,认证认可标准随之接踵更新,以RB/T 214-2017、ISO/IEC 17025:2017等标准换版尤为重要。本研究依据ISO/IEC 17025:2017等标准要求,结合本机构实际,分别从通用要求、结构要求等7个方面详细论述并解读新版管理体系文件的构建及升级转版过程。以管理体系文件转版为契机,达到全面加强质量管理以及有效监测食品安全事件的目的,并以期更好为食品检验检测机构的管理体系转版和质量管理升级沿着正确方向践行提供指导性的参考。The current situation of food safety and revision food safety incidents in China is still quite serious.It is necessary to strengthen the force of supervision to improve the quality of food products continuously and ensure the safety of every bite of food. The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of implementing innovation-driven development,the criteria for mandatory approval and accreditation are updated,among them,the update of RB/T 214-2017 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This study based on the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and other related standards,combined with the actual situation of our organization,illustrated the construction and upgrade process of the revision from the general requirements,etc,7 aspects in total. The management system runs well under the current situation. Taking the management system documents revision as an opportunity to achieve the purpose of comprehensively strengthening quality management,and provide a good reference for the implementation of standardized revision and quality management upgrades of food inspection body and laboratory.
