摘  要:近年来,人们更加重视饮食健康,因此坚果炒货食品越来越受到欢迎,具有良好的发展前景。当前市场竞争较为激烈,市面上各种品牌的坚果炒货食品层出不穷,为获得稳定庞大的消费群体,除了保证坚果炒货的配方独特正宗以外,还应该加强探讨坚果炒货食品加工技术,以保证坚果炒货食品能够色香味俱全,同时也具有一定的营养价值,以品质和质量在竞争激烈的市场站稳脚,同时也吸引更多的消费群体。In recent years,people pay more attention to the problem of diet health,nut fried food is more and more popular,has a good development prospect,so the current market competition is more fierce,various brands of nut fried food emerge in endlessly,in order to obtain a stable and huge consumer group,in addition to ensuring the unique authentic formula of nut fried food,we should also strengthen the discussion of nut fried food processing technology.In order to ensure that nut fried food can have a full range of color and flavor,but also has a certain nutritional value,with quality and quality in the fierce competition in the market to establish a solid foothold,but also attract more consumer groups.
