摘　　要：高效液相色谱具有进样量小、准确度高、操作方式简便的优势,作为检测的重要手段,高效液相色谱技术在食品检测中发挥着重要的作用。本文就对此高效液相色谱在食品检测中的应用进行了分析。High performance liquid chromatography has the advantages of small sample size,high accuracy and simple operation.As an important means of detection,HPLC plays an important role in food detection.This article analyzes the application of high performance liquid chromatography in food testing.
