论“民法总论”教学的“迁·变·万·话”——兼论法学理论教学对实践教学的关照

摘　　要：“民法总论”的教学应当针对千变万化的民事法律实践,在教学活动中贯彻“迁·变·万·话”的教学规则。要注重以学习迁移来实现学生独立学术能力的培养,要在教学内容、形式、方法上与时俱进,要在教学效果上实现知识和逻辑的万全,还要通过话语能力的展现和培育实现教学上的锦上添花。In order to answering the various civil legal practice,the teaching of the General Principles of Civil Law should carry out the teaching rules of“Learning transfer,Change,all-embracing,Discourse Competence”.To train students’independent academic ability,paying attention to the learning transfer,keeping pace with requirement of the times in contents,forms and methods of the teaching,achieving an all-embracing teaching effect in knowledge and logic,and cultivating the discourse competence,all these are very important and can make the teaching become vividly and effectively.
